There is many ways to kill this Dragon Slayer Quest Boss, the best way is by melee, full rune + anti-dragonfire shield will do very well, you may need a lot of food lobsters+ recommended it's breath attack does 10 damage if you have the shield, and 50 without it, so that is a must have. and simply just watch your health during the fight and don't let your guard down.
you dont have to have all rune tho, just try to have rune chainbody and platelegs. (include anti-
dragonfire shield, melee and lobsters but also try 2 hav swordfish.)
