I would say you should have alot of max elixirs, oran berrys, and geopebbles,gravelrocks. Ok Pikachu should stand back in a line where you can throw oran berries at Riolu. Riolu should keep using force palm and other fighting moves. when his health gets low throw an oran berry at him. Pikachu should keep htrowing the geopebbles / gravelrocks. after awhile groudon will die. just be at lvl 20-ish
