If you are also a 13-year-old asking, then a kiss on the cheek or lips may be ok or appropriate if the other person is in agreement. If you are older than the 13-year-old then you shouldn't really be kissing them unless you are a parent kissing their own daughter or son.

the same as you would at any age. but if it is your first kiss its best to start with a peck and work into the long passionate ones, but if your a naturaly good kisser why not just jump into the deep end?

Okay, so I'm 13 too. But Ive kissed like 4 guys. Just try looking into his eyes and smiling then looking down. He should get the hint. :) or if he's shy, u try making the first move. Just don't add tongue cuz it's gross...lol :)

Haha been there, done that(; before you can kiss him/her you have to break the touch berrier, that just pretty much means she/he has to be comfortable hugging you, holding your hand, ect. I sujest you look them in the eyes for about 3 seconds,( no longer than 3 or it will turn into a staring contest!!) and kiss their cheek, if they look happy, slowly kiss their lips, and make sure you are relaxed cuz the other person can feel it when your nervous.. Keep your lips relaxed too, puckering up is for your grandma, your first kiss should barely make noise at all.... If he/she didnt seem to enjoy the cheek kiss, try another day... Funny thing is, im 13 too (:
