personally I have many answers to this question, the first being if your "Friend" is a true friend they will have your back when you are correct on something and on the other hand if you are wrong they will honestly tell you so. also, if your "friend" is a true friend, they will become almost like a sister or brother (depending on their sex) to you and will be openminded with you about their oppinions, as such they will be very considerate of your emotional attachments, your beliefs, your religions (if any), and will be there for you when the good times are there as well as the bad times, because a true friend is very hard to find, you may soon find out most people are there until the going gets rough (as they say), but true friendship is based not on the quantity of time spent together, but the quality, if you believe your friend to be a true friend, then by all means, have their back and even if they may not be of "True friend" matterial in your eyes then perhaps by being a friend to them they may pick up such habbits to become one themselves.
