Postage is determined by weight and by size. An envelope with three pieces of normal paper can normally be sent with one first class postage stamp. Additional stamps may be required based on additional ounces and on the size of the envelope.

im not sure if you can do this in your area but my mail carrier will let me put money in the mailbox adn she puts the correct stamps on there and gives me change
38 and 42 is 80 stamps. Twice 80 is 160 minus 8 is 152 38 plus 42 plus 152 is 232.
Use the variable of x for the number of 37 cent stamps. Use the variable of y for the 23 cent stamps. We know that .37x + .23y = 4.85 We also know that x+y = 15 Subtract y from both sides of the equation. So x = 15 -y Substitute (15-y) in the first equation. .37(15-y) + .23y = 4.85 5.55 -.37y + .23y = 4.85 5.55 - .14y = 4.85 5.55 = 4.85 + .14y 5.55 - 4.85 = .14y .7 = .14y .7/.14 = y 5 = y Therefore x = 10 .37(10) + .23(5) = 4.85
The postage from the US for an ordinary first class letter of 1 ounce or less is 98 cents You can buy a 98-cent stamps or use any combination of stamps whose total value is 98 cents of more. 2 forever stamps plus a 10-cent stamp would work.
All stamps available in the Post Office in Neopia Central are usable.
I know you use to be able to do iy, but don't know now
it depends on the stamp then you will know how many stamps you will need
No you cannot use US stamps. Items mailed must have the stamps of the country of origin on them. Most shops will be able to provide you with the appropriate stamps to use to mail with their cards, or visit their post office!
If you are sending a three paged letter it is around three US stamps!!!!
The number of stamps is not important, it is the total value. Currently the cost is 98 cents.
You would really have to know the weight and dimensions
