Since he or she, lets say she, is older than you, she has better things to do than just fool around with an 18 year old. Meaning that if she is flirting with you, then it is just one of her little jokes and she really doesnt care much about how you feel. But, if she seems serious, then she might actually be interested in you. But if so then DO NOT handle this like any childish crush, you sending a friend over to pass notes or just them asking if she likes you, cause remember, SHE IS OLDER THEN YOU. So play it cool, and know who you are dealing with.
