Well, they will decide when it's time. If you have two of the same gender, of course it's not going to work. But about when they are fully-grown they will start to mate with eachother. They breed fast and every time they have babies there will be alot f them. So if you can't take care of them yourself or find them good homes, I suggest you not try to breed them in the first place.

There are a few ways to tell one is to feel her stomach but this is hard and you should have someone who knows how be able to tell you how. Because if you do it wrong you can hurt the mom or kill the baby bunnies inside her. I think it is much easier and safer if you weigh her and keep track if it goes up and you have kept her diet the same then she should be pregnant. And then another way is to put her with a Buck and if she refuses or starts to attack him then she is probably pregnant but I think this way is mean both for the Buck and the Doe and you can also hurt the Babies this way to.

Depends on the breed of the rabbit. Rabbits can breed as young as 3 months but this ISN'T recommended as it can harm them long term.

Smaller - medium breed rabbits are recommended to start breeding at 6 months as thats usually when they have finished growing themselves.

Larger breeds like Flemish giants etc.. Are recommended to wait till atleast 9 months plus.

A female rabbit will start to show signs of moodiness and agitation. This is a sign that hormones are kicking in... A little like humans lol.

Male rabbits can breed earlier then females and usually sexually mature from 4 months onwards which is why you should ALWAYS separate males and females from 3 months onwards. It is recommended to separate the boys from each other too as this is when they will start to fight each other.
