If he still has a girlfriend there is a reason he is still with her and until he's considered single again it is best you don't get involved with him. ∙ 12y agoYou'd know if he wants to be with you if he splits up with the other girl and asks you out on a date. This guy is in the category of "unchargered territory" and it's best to stay away until he does/doesn't split up with his girlfriend.
