Hit your dashboard a few times and see if anything comes out
No, but you can install a spring suspension.
From 1984 to 1989 they did not have any airbags but 1990 - 1992 they had only one in the steering wheel...
The air will come out of the airbags in time and won't pump up and your car will bottom out.

Don't know what you want to know about the brakes
Don't know what you want to know about the fuse.
not recommended, you will have to eliminate the air bag suspension, put coils in the vehicle. reason your airbags are not designed to operate at full capacity. they will blow then you will have 22" jack stands.
You would need the entire airbag setup from a mark 8. The airbags, the sensors, the air compressor. As well you would need the rear lower control arms from the mark, and the front upper control arms. The real issue is that I believe that the Mark's computer controls when the air compressor cycles. Honestly it's probably not worth the headache, I know several Mark owners who have converted to a coil spring setup on their Mark's and love the ride and don't have to worry about the maintenance.
Lincoln Mark 8s do not have steel coil springs. They have airbags or air springs. The air bags can plainly be seen by looking under the rear of the vehicle near the wheels. You will see a elongated rubber bag on both sides. Also can be seen though the front wheel wells. If these blow out or leak the vehicle will leak down.
You didn't ask a question about a 95 Lincoln Mark Vlll. or yes, there is a 95 Lincoln Mark Vlll.
