You can access the router's menu, then go to the page which shows all connected devices to your router. It will be different for each specific router.
If you have a computer which is not connected to Internet (or other networks, LAN, Wireless network...) you can call it a standalone computer.
i don't know for sure but this is my theory. i think that dial up has to be connected straight to the computer to make the connection directly. if it was wireless the strength of the signal would drop.
You should be able to see it in the properties of wireless connection.
You can't. If you do not know it and there is no other computers connected to the same router, there is no way you can get the key without setting up a new one.

This depends on what you mean by the question. Are you having problems with the wireless radio not staying connected to the network or does it not want to connect at all to certain networks or does the computer not detect that it has a wireless radio installed or is there something else amiss? Drop me a line and let me know more about your issue and I will be glad to assist you.
Not if you have a wireless router that you know the password to.
A USB adapter lets you have wireless internet if you know the server your trying to connect to has no password. If it does you have to know it
A USB wireless network adapter is a device that allows you to connect to a wireless network as is connected to a computer via a USB port.
Yes it is possible to swallow a wireless computer mouse because it is so same that it can go down your mouth but you wouldn't want to because you don't know what it has in it.
For a small condo, find a broadband provider. Cable would be best, DSL if availble. Then using a wireless router from any retail type store-walmart target, best buy etc. Your connect the modem to the providers connection, the router to the modem. The router will need to be connected to a computer for instalation--helps if you have someone who know networking, but the manual will provide instructions. Then disconncet the computer, and the wireless router will be visible to anyone with a wifi card in their computer. They will need the passwords that you provide at setup..
