Most spells cast on someone without their knowledge or permission are doomed to failure. More importantly they tend to rebound on the unethical caster.

If someone has told you or let it be know, they have cast a spell on you, they are either inexperienced, or not to be trusted.

The ethical and experienced practitioner, works within the Rule of Three, and always for the good of all.

There are some paths, Voudon among them, that can cast on the unknown and unwilling, however, unless the practitioner is EXTREMELY well versed in their path, more likely than not the spell well not work.

Voudon is the least user-friendly pat I know, and not something to be "messed around with".

In your shoes I personally wouldn't be overly concerned about someone casting on you.

You might not know. It depends on you. No one can really tell if you are cursed, but some ways that people think that they are cursed are:

  • Things move without touching them.
  • Things start breaking at a faster rate.
  • You feel weak/drained.
  • People get hurt around you.
  • Things almost fall on top of you.
  • Your pets might be scared when around you.

There are many more ways but they would be too long to write. If such things happen then you might be cursed, but some people think it is just a joke. However, some people might think it is real.

when your life starts going to hell and nun thin is going good

A Pagan Perspective

Generally speaking "black magic" is more common in fiction than it is in the real world.

Most ethical practitioners of magic follow the Threefold Law, understanding that anything they send out will return to them three times bigger.

If your life has taken a turn to misfortune, look rather to you own doings.

Have you been dwelling in negativity? Dark or negative thoughts can and often do manifest in your life. The best example of this is using statements like "I never win" or "I'm no good at that" Say it, and you plant the idea in your mind. Your mind then believes it and it all becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

The other possibility is karma, or the above mentioned Threefold Law, it works even on those who don't necessarily believe in it.

To turn your life around, try banishing the negative, and harmful thoughts and actions from your life. Take responsibility for your own actions and your own happiness. It works.

We give power to things in which we believe - if you believe another person could influence you, then they can influence you. They have no power of their own... rather, it is the changes you are causing to your own perception that are taking effect. Thoughts are things!

If you feel the need to protect yourself against something nonphysical, a simple and effective way to do so is through visualisation. You can imagine a protective white light around yourself, through which nothing can penetrate. See yourself as happy, and free from worry. Repeat daily, or as often as needed and you will be just fine.

You just curse them you say "May god curse you"

or instead of cursing them curse the shatan the "devil"

because the people who you want to curse, for example they stole your money they did that because shatan (devil) bribe them to, so curse the devil instead.

There is no specific way to know if you are being cursed by someone else.

However,

1) Have you crossed a practitioner who not just could, but would curse you?

A curse comes most often as a malicious reaction to someone doing something against the practitioner. A curse requires time, effort and a willingness to "pay" (check the Rule of Three) on the part of the practitioner, and is not something an ethical person would undertake for "the fun of it".

2) Have you been told by someone that they have cursed you?

Not everyone who claims to be a practitioner is. In my experience most real practitioners would not undertake a curse. If you have been told about a curse by someone, I would be un-inclined to take them seriously as the Universe has a way of sorting things out. (once again, check the Rule of Three)

3) Curses tend to only work when you are willing to give them the power to work on you. A series of unfortunate things happening to you is not necessarily a curse, sometimes it is just a bit of bad luck. Things tend to go in cycles, so if you are currently undergoing a "nasty spell", things will soon sing 'round and you will be in a position to enjoy the "god stuff" too.

First off, it is important to be sure there is a curse on you.

If you have been experiencing misfortune and a general run of bad luck, it does not mean someone has actually cursed you.

A1- Sometimes bad things just happen.

A2- If you subscribe to the concept of karma, you might be experiencing the results of your own karma.

A3- If you are someone practicing (or dabbling in) magic, you may be experiencing the Threefold Rule. "That which you send out will return to you threefold."

If you have been told there is a curse on you.

B1- If the person who claims to have cursed you is really a practitioner, then they will be governed by the Threefold Rule and most likely didn't do it (or will be dealt with by the universe).

B2- If the person who claims to have cursed you is not a practitioner, they may have attempted a curse, but again the Threefold Rule will take care of them. Or they may just be "talking through their hat" to frighten/intimidate you or make themselves seem more dangerous/ cooler/ more powerful in which case words have no power over you if you do not give them the power.

B3- If the person who told you you were cursed is not the person that claims to have cursed you, I'd take that with a grain of salt. Many people not understanding the work that goes into a curse, the ethics of most practitioners, or the karmic effects on the practitioner, see misfortune and have to have "someone to blame" (see A1, and A2 above).

If you do find out someone has in fact cursed you, and has admitted it to you.

C1- Your best defense is the power of your own personal spiritual path. The prayers, meditations, faith and peace attained therein will be more than enough to protect you from harm.

C2- If you are not currently on a spiritual path, but are sensible and strong willed. You will realise that you are the one who gives the "curse" power over you by believing in it. That said you can simply refuse to entertain the thoughts and therefore avoid the "curse."

C3- As an ethical practitioner of magic, I never suggest someone without the training and understanding of magic, undertake the lifting or reversal of an ill-wish from themselves or another.

This could well put them in harms way, or at least put them in the path of the Threefold Rule. Doing bad, even for a good reason does not mean there are no consequences.
