Well the iPhone 4/4s LCD screen is stoped supplied from apple company for long time, so the most of lcd screen for iphone 4/4s you can purchased is high copy or just half original, because it's diassembled from old iphone.

Regarding about iPhone 5/5c/s lcd screen, they are still supplying for users at the moment, so you can purchase original lcd screen, but high copy is accounted for the most of quantity.

You can identify original or copy from two way as belows:

1. on the flex cable which is connected with lcd and digitzer has apple logo, so it's original one.
