Most often you will hear someone talk about their experiences. In families where it happens often, most will be open about their own experiences and helpful if you have questions about your own. In some families you learn to control, and use your talents at your mother's (or other practicing family member's) knee. Unfortunately, there are some families that hide their talents believing they are bad in some way, but even in those families, there is a "secret" that can be found out by others in the family.
