Cooper Tires is the parent company and it is an american company with their headquarters in Ohio.It was up for sale in 2013 to a Indian tire company but the deal supposedly fell through.I don't know if the tire itself is made in the US or not. The only way to tell is looking at the code on the tire and looking it up.
