BELIEVE ME, you would know that your arm is broken under EXTREME PAIN! If you aren't in any immediate pain or you can move around your arm fine then it's fine. If it hurts a little it could probably be either a sprain or it's bruised.

∙ 11y agoFirst of all, you would be unable it move it in anyway, for it would cause exceeding pain. If you were to just spran an arm, you would be able to move it, with a little aching pain; that's just one difference. Anyother apperence of an arm that has been broken, is that is would be bent in a weird, for you have shattered the bone causing a part of your arm to disconnect. One other point to know you have a broken arm is that you have a strong, exceeding pain, going through out that whole arm; this would probably cause most humans to scream, and cry. One other sign is pines and needles through out the arm, which means that your blood flow is restricted from the broken bone pressing on your artery. If this information that I have given you is wrong; try multiply other sites and you might find a correct answer.
