If you don't have any symptoms then you would have to get a blood test (done by your doctor) for herpes to find out for sure if you have herpes. You can use a home pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant.
FYI herpes doesn't do any harm to the baby, unless you contract herpes just before you got pregnant. The mother can also have a natural birth if she wants to.
