The Doctors tell you, your only for sure way to know. It doesn't matter if it your belly is low or high, big or small. There's no 100% way to know even if you have a sonogram they'll tell you there's a 99% chance it's a boy or girl, so you just go by that. Wait until your 20 weeks or so they can tell you then.
