i don't care of this question jk ! i don't know i had trouble with this myself. normally you can tell when your iPod shuffle is charging is because the little light will turn orange when it's on the charger and when it's fully charged the light will turn green!
The little light will turn from from an "orange-ish" color to a green.
if it has a green light when you turn it on
The light instead of being orange becomes green.
There should be a little light next to the off button. Its green when the battery if fully charged, its orange when its charging/ needs charging and its red when its got very low battery. I hope this helps you :D

OK - if it is connected - look on the ipod screen if it has a picture of the end of the wire that connects to the ipod and says connected then it is charging OK Hope this helps :)And if you are using a docking station a lot don't work because they r unsupportted
On an iPod Shuffle, the little switch on the side at the top must be in the middle, then it plays in order. For a different version of iPod, I don't know. :)
Welll it matters what king of ipod you hav: Classic- The batterie in the corner will be red or have nothing in it. Nano- same thing as the classic Shuffle- usually there is a button on the back of it that when you push it, it shows either green yellow or red. Green: fully charged Yellow: Batterie is getting low Red: No more batterie left
Nothing with inbuilt batteries comes fully charged. It may have enough (usually it doesn't though) to power it on, but you'll need to charge most electronic devices before you use them. I know for a fact anything from Apple needs to be charged. That includes the iPod.
I do not know, but she is amazing!
as far as i know, no. ipod shuffle 1 gen. had usb/cable itself in the bottom and i heard after ipod shuffle 2nd gen, Apple changed data+/data- something. so basically ipod shuffle 3rd, 4th gen's usb cable can share but 2nd gen usb cable is just for itself. 3rd gen = 4th gen 2nd gen NOT = 3rd gen
