Well if its changing colors and its turned black or white its most likely mold. Which is bad because mold is not healthy for your body.

-----> If the shape has changed(gone sloppy, softer/harder, decreased weight rapidly without eating it), colour (could be green,white,black), if it stinks(more than it had before) or if you buy food which has expired it's date

these types of food have gone off/expired.

Check the label date on the can. If it is fresh, or if its chicken you cooked yourself, eat it before 3 days have passed, then discard it. Anything with chicken, beef, or poultry inside it, should only been trusted in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; then throw it away.

Yes, it is safe to use boiled chicken water, which is otherwise known as chicken stock or broth in chicken noodle soup.
