Usually the dog will have a wet nose, they will eat regularly, there poo ( i know its yucky ) will probably be a healthy color such as brown. They should also maitain a healthy weight depending on the breed. You wouldn't want a poodle to weigh as much as a Great Dane because of the breed difference.
