you cant really tell but you can tell if she doesn't by finding out her traits, if you see that she has the dislikes children trait then she wont want a baby but after all it is just a game so if you want to have a baby im sure she wont care haha

There is a way to delete sims on the Sims 3, but i don't know how to do that. What I do know is that if you leave the baby till it becomes really lonely, and then eventually a social worker will take it away. Then you can never have the child back. :)
