you know when your hamster is dead win they don't move or don't do anything with you.You know when your hamster is hibernating when is doesn't wake up in 6 months never annoy them when they are because they might get agressive .

if it hasn't moved in the last day or two its dead pick it up is it moving if not its either sleeping or dead put some water in you sink gently put your hamster in the water if its not moving let it go in the water if it doesn't move its definitely probably DEAD sorry for your lose buy a new one
