Well it's pretty simple. If you have had sex then you are not a virgin. Only you can decide what constitutes sex. Some people believe that since many of the risks of getting STDs and STIs from vaginal sex are also present in oral and anal sex that you essentially lose your virginity the first time you have any type of sexual penetration, be it vaginal, anal or oral. Others think that only vaginal penetration counts as losing your virginity. Again, only you can decide what counts as actual sex. But just remember that you can get STDs and STIs from any form of sexual penetration, so remember, even if you still consider yourself a virgin after giving or receiving oral sex, you can still potentially catch something and pass it to others.
