When you are in your room, there is a chart on the left that folds open and closed. On that chart it says "Health" with a red bar below it. If you hover your mouse over that red bar, it will show you the numbers for your monster's health. Also, that red bar will be low when your monster's health is low and full when your monster's health is full.
