webkinz will send you letters in your mailbox saying your account will expire. You'll get a letter almost every day a few weeks before your expiration date. Naturally though, your account expires every year on the date you became a member. Buy any webkinz animal during your grace period (you get letters telling you when your grace period is) and log it on to save your account for another year. Hope this helps.
