Umm, I'm not sure there is a way to. I know that on MySpace you can tell when the message has been read but I really don't think there is a way to tell if someone has read an e-mail. I'm sure they'll be coming out with a way to do this in the future.

∙ 12y agoYes. If it's on an iPhone or something like that it will make a "swoosh" noise which means it reached it's destination. It should also say sending and then when it's gone, it met it's destionation.

Its not. If you didn't have internet on when you turned on the computer you wouldn't of received the email. When you sign in to your email all emails that have been sent to you are retrieved. And also unless the computer is switched off at the wall it is not fully "off" otherwise it wouldn't know what the time is.
