You will definitely see swelling on the stomach area. If you touch it, you might feel small lumps, these are the kits. The doe will also become more aggressive and will nip, bite, or growl at you. She might grunt if you try to pick her up. A day or two before the birth, the doe will pluck her fur off her stomach and back area. This fur will be made into a nest for the kits.
