Usually the tune up is done around 80000 miles. If you have lack of power, engine misfire or poor fuel economy, you may need a tune up. Pull a spark plug and see how it looks and check the gap.

They Should, I know from 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 models interchange well. You might have to bring your truck by the dealer to re-program the TPMS sensors (Located in the valve steams) unless you swap those out as well.
