I have an American Cocker Spaniel, and she is just the sweetest thing ever, but when it comes to small kids, she growls. Your dog probably feels threatened by the kids. They probably did something to make her angry (ex, pulling the tail, running at the dog, hitting the dog, grabbing onto the dog or it's fur, chasing the dog, disturbing the dog when it was sleeping, ect) or, they may have done nothing at all. If you rescued your dog, then maybe in the past it was abused by small children (thats what happened to my cocker spaniel).
It is cutting off of part of the length of a cocker spaniels tail, by means of amputation, usually 4 or 5 vertebrate back. In some countries, Docking is illegal, some states in the USA have considered banning the practice. It is necessary, only if you want to register the puppies, with club kennel like the American kennel Club. Amputations of the tail, are done fairly soon depending on size and health of the puppies. Veterinarians usually perform the procedure, as it is painful for the puppies with possibilities of complications. Biggest worry, is to keep the area of scaring clean & sterile, so infection does not sit in. Again Docking a dogs tail is risky, you are cutting through flesh, muscle, between vertebrates, and the spinal cord it's self, having to leave enough skin to hang well over. Some Kennel owners will perform the procedure, it important that it is done right, a poor job can cause issues and complications the whole dog's life.
Most of the time, you don't need to do anything to help a beagle to give birth except to provide her with a safe place to have her puppies. Offer her a small drink of water from time to time, when she is resting between puppies, and make sure that the puppies stay warm and that she licks them as soon as they are born. You can help her dry them off by rubbing them with a clean towel. If she is very active while giving birth you can place the pups that are already born in a small box on a heating pad, but make sure that they don't get over heated. Return them to her during the times when she is calm.
It should weigh up to 24-28 pounds, if your Cocker Spanial is over weigh I recommond a walk everyday or three times a week. If this isnt posible because of jobs or other busy stuff. as a friend to help you out, or even your childeren or husben/wife. if none of this is posible then you could give them less food. If this is already done and its not working then you got one fat dog
I think he has done too much heroin
they will want to be alone

Yes of course, i've done this a lot of times....
You can take a male dog to a vet to have this surgery done, yes.
You have to wait until the pups have weaned. Consult your veterinarian, they will be able to give a time-line on when the procedure can go ahead safely, without affecting the mother and pups.
A person will need to remove the tick if they see their newborn puppies are infested. This is done by covering the tick with a cotton ball that is soaked with alcohol, and then removing the tick with tweezers.
