"Mood swings" is the commen way to find out whether you are starting a period anytime soon. you can react in any mood possible: e.g. happy, sad, mad etc. the only way to cure this is to just deal with it and let it flow away, or get out a book, or get away into a quite peacful room with no noice or disturbance, and breath heavily in and out till you have gotten control over yourself.

tablets are available when starting a perid. this helps to calm the body down and any pain you are experiencing inside your body (period pain).

Finally, the final way to know when you start your perdiod is when one of your eggs are saying they are wanting to be fertalised (sex). if you say no to this, your egg soon slowly dies and that is when the blood rushes out. you can use either tanpons or pads to whichever is more comfortable to your liking. if you happen to experience this, do not be afraid that you will lose so much blood, as once started your period, you only loose about a table spoon of blood.

odre is one thing that atracts the beginning of periods. make sure you buy some de-oderent or sprays. also, make sure you take a shower regularly as the smell will gradually get worse and worse if you do not do so.

make sure you keep healthy as this is the most important thing that happens to your body!
