If the temp gauge is in the red portion (or idiot light is on), if there is steam eminating from under the hood, if you're smelling antifreeze or the engine is down on power (or all of the above)... good chance it's overheated.

Rough idle... Higher then normal tempatures under operation. Bucking or loss of RPM pulling a hill, Loss of MPG .. Smell of Rotten eggs all signs of bad Cat.
Easiest way is to pull the valve cover and turn the motor over by bolt on crankshaft and check to see if the valves are moving
If the Chevy Celebrity radiator is smaller that the Saturn radiator it might well overheat from not enough cooling capacity. If the Chevy Celebrity radiator is the same size or larger than the Saturn radiator I would think it would not over heat.
