i belive the recommendation is every two years however if your lazy just wait till your rig overheats and kills itself
i would do it every time you need to do any sort of service in that area. it doesn't take long. do the thermostat while your at it.
A cracked radiator can not be fixed. A cracked radiator needs to be replaced . A mechanic can replace one in a few hours.
If your radiator isnt leaking and car is having a over heating problem and coolant spewing out. Chances are your thermostat needs replaced. possible the radiator needs to be flushed. But more likley its thermostat
I don't know for sure, but can't you just get a radiator flush kit to get out the sludge? It's worth asking the guy at the parts house about. In such extreme cases of cooling system sludge build up, I would take it to a shop for a professional flushing and cleansing. I would suggest a car radiator specialist type shop - they'll know how to NOT cause more damage to the system. See "Related Questions" below for more about flushing it yourself
I dont know how you get an intergalatic cruiser
Stop drinking for a couple of weeks and see if the flushing stops. If you can't stop drinking for that long, you have a much bigger problem than the flushing.
mr crapper actually invented the flushing tolet and I am not joking I know it sounds rude bnut that was his real name
Checking your radiator always
i think i dont know.
When the radiator isn't working
"Satchmo" could have had his pick as to where to be buried. He decided to be buried close to his house in Flushing Cememtery (Queens, N.Y.C.). He lived in Corona Queens, just a short walk from Flushing Meadow Park. He lived in a modest working class neighborhood. When asked once about why he lived there, his reply was simple. These are my people. I know them, they know me. They look after me. His plot is in section 9 of Flushing Cememtery and his grave is listed on "findagrave.com".
Why would you want to know that?HUH?!
Follow the top radiator hose down to the water outlet. The stat is in there. Let me know if this helps you. Mark
