You can be fairly certain that you are pregnant by performing a pregnancy test that is positive. Home pregnancy tests are good, and are always a good first step, but there is always a chance for error.

You can look for symptoms such as morning sickness and back pain. Late/no period, swollen sore breasts and nausea are all indicators of pregnancy.
