Air is not literally everywhere around us; it is not under the ocean or in outer space, for example. But in our normal lives, we are always surrounded by air. For most purposes, it is everywhere around us.

Alveoli.
Medication Rooms are surrounded by trees because they keep the air clear and do photosynthesis which takes the carbon dioxide out of the air and produces oxygen which humans breath in.
Alveoli which are in your lungs
Tiny air sacs surrounded by blood capillaries are called alveoli. They are the primary site of gas exchange in the lungs, where oxygen from the air is absorbed into the blood, and carbon dioxide is released from the blood to be exhaled. Each alveolus is surrounded by a network of capillaries, facilitating this crucial exchange between the respiratory and circulatory systems.
As a whole it is called the Atmosphere. We breath it and call it Air.
