English is learned from the examples given by other people who know English and who have used the language. Reading books written in English is the most useful technique I know. They can be on any subject, fiction or nonfiction, as long as they are written in English. You can also listen to radio or television, or watch movies in English, and listen to the dialogue, and hear how people speak. Of course, not everybody speaks English properly. You will learn to distinguish between English as educated people speak it, and English as uneducated people speak it. Do not try to learn English from rap music. That is not proper English.
