You automatically learn to swim from the first time you play... but if its sucubadiving then you need to get a specific suit that allows you to do that

Nothing you just have to swim for it in the river and give it back to the guys wife in exchange for the fishing rod.
the last bug is a boss. just go back to lake hylia and swim around until it appears PS you need your senses on to see it
You have to get all the water to flow into the main/middle room then swim to the middle and go into the door. its a VERY long dungeon. I would recommend you look up a walk through on youtube, or zeldadungoen.net
Warp to Zoras Domain swim down the river until you get to the house at the half way mark get out of the water and go right of the girl standing on the right side of the house there will be a pretty bright spot that shows you the door and there it is the fishing hole
You learn to swim later in the game when you receive a Water Dragon Scale. You must pass the trial in the Faron Woods to obtain the item.
If you're refering to Twillight Princess, you can't swim underwater while in you're wolf form. You can swim underwater as a human while wearing the Zora Tunic.
Go to the Graveyard and into the little tunnel where the Ghost opens it for you, and crawl through then swim to the little peice of land where the grave with it is.
