How do you learn volt tackle?

Ah, the famous Volt Tackle.

As you know, Volt Tackle can only be learned by the Pikachu family without the use of an Action Replay and Pokesav. Here's how to get Volt Tackle onto a Pichu/Pikachu/Raichu of your own.

You'll require Pokemon Battle Revolution for the Wii for this first strategy. Once you have completed the Stadium events, you should be able to aquire a Pikachu that knows the move Volt Tackle! (as well as Surf, strangely.) Simply trade this to your Diamond/Pearl and you're done!

Another way is to breed Pikachus together while the female holds a Light Ball (only found on 5% of Wild Pikachus, so get hunting!) You should have a Pichu egg, and that Pichu, when hatched, will know Volt Tackle.

That's on Diamond and Pearl. As for Ruby and Sapphire, the only way I know is to use the second (Light Ball) method.
