You just need to not talk to them. Talk to other people that you could start to have feelings for. Get rid of everything that reminds you of that person and eventually you'll be fine again. Sometimes you just need to except it and not have any anger towards them or it will come all out at once. Talk to people about how you feel and if that is uncomfortable then talk to God, he will listen. That's what i do and it has helped me a lot with breakups, hurt feelings, and anger towards a person and I am sure it will work for you.
