By using your drive forms as much as you can. The trick is to go to the Cerberus Cup in the Olympus Coliseum(the one where you can use Drive Forms intesively). Then, use them as much as possible. You'll need to have reached the final door in the world that never was though.

You don't have to be a certain level in Kingdom Hearts 1. You get Glide from Neverland. In Kingdom Hearts 2, you have to leveling Final Form.
