Go up the stairs twice. Answer the telephone to get the clue. Click on the clock on the mantle to get to game. Both clocks must strike midnight at the same time. You can speed the clocks up by hovering the mouse icon over them. You can only speed up one clock at a time. After you finish that the lantern will be in the fire place.
