To lighten brown hair naturally to blonde, you can use ingredients like lemon juice, honey, and chamomile tea. Lemon juice acts as a natural bleaching agent when exposed to sunlight, while honey has mild lightening properties and can condition the hair. Chamomile tea can enhance golden tones and lighten hair gradually when used as a rinse. Combine these methods for a gradual, natural lightening effect over several applications.
You need to boil a couple cups of chamomile tea and then use it as a rinse after you shampoo and condition. leave it in your hair. or you can go outside and spritz it in your hair and let it dry in direct sunlight. sunlight will always lighten your hair or help it lighten. you could also try lemon juice, but personally i didn't see very much of a change. or you can try peroxide (or Sun In) but you have to be aware that although it will lighten your hair and rather quickly, it will also really dry it out and damage it. if used sparingly, it shouldn't be too bad. you need to experiment a little and find out which works best for you :-)
If you have to rinse your hair after you lighten it then you can do it in the shower.
The easiest way to lighten your hair is to use bleach designed for hair.
You dye your hair with the colour you want, lighten the colour.
I'm not sure but lemon juice does lighten blonde hair.
Honey has natural bleaching properties that can lighten hair when used in combination with other ingredients like lemon juice or chamomile tea. However, the effect may be subtle and vary depending on the original hair color and how often the treatment is applied. It's always recommended to do a patch test before trying any natural lightening treatment.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that honey can lighten or whiten hair.
