You can not link the old and new accounts. Only Sub Accounts can be linked to the Original Accounts. You must re earn all the trophies from your original account and can not get them linked to the new account
i think you got to type in your psn id were it says you do then you will get your profile to the computer or laptop

In order to get the Playstation Network on your PS3 you must have an internet connection. Once you PS3 is connected to the internet you will need a Playstation Network Account. The Account is free, but does require a mailing address, date of birth over 18, and an email address. You might be asking about the Playstation Network (PSN) because PS3 does not have Live. Live is what the Xbox 360 calls it's Network. PSN can be seen from a laptop or a PC and you can sign in to your PS3 or Playstation Network Account. You can not play online games and you do not have the same capabilities as from a PS3 for the Playstation Store.
