You would have to make a network on one of the computers then set it up like any other network connection.
If you already have a router then just transfer the EXACT details form one of the computers that is already connected to the network, Network name (SSID), Passphrase (password), encryption, etc.
For more information go to Apples support site and search for the information you need. As there are many different ways of doing it, wireless to wireless, ethernet to ethernet, via a router, Ad-hoc, etc, you need to narrow it down.
You can also click on the desktop and select the Helpmenu at the top of the screen and type in: Creating a computer-to-computer network and it will give some more information. You have to be online for it to work as most of the Help information is accessed from Apples servers.
