Never under-go any stress. 2. Live a happy marrige. 3. Never drink more than an eighth of an oz. (1/256 of a pound) of acohal in a day. 4. Be normal weight. 5. You can eat cake, sweets, and all that stuff, just not too much. Also be careful about any injuries, cuncushions, and infections. 6. Don't be lazy, be active. 7. Be happy in life! :)
