You load the staples from the back of the stapler, there is a thumb depression on the back of it. Look and you will see it.
The staple has a feature called QuickLoad front magazine that simplifies staple refilling. Press the button on the magazine. Pull out the magazine and load it. Use only the recommended stables for your stapler.
They load from the back. Push in and up and the back comes off.
Pull the spring loaded band out by the 2 looped ears and then remove the saddle that pushes the staples. Slide the staples in and place the saddle back inot the slide. Hook the band over the saddle and your are good to go.
Turn off the stapler and lift the door cover. Push down on the blue or black plunger protruding from the stapler head. Load as you would a normal stapler.

There is a button in the back, right above where the charger plugs into the stapler. Push the button and the staple holder pops out.
pick out the staples. Open the stapler and slide the tension bar back. With the edge of a sissor or knife, carefully pry out the staples one by one. Since you are not worried about damaging the offending staples, pry away. When you have picked them all out, release the tension bar, load the stapler and resume operation.
Pull up the top place in the staples push down the top and your ready to go!!
Simplier than you think - load staples from back of stapler. The back silver piece - you have to push in - forward and lift up backpiece and slide it out and upward and at an angle. There are two small barbs that hold piece into stapler. push in and lift piece at backup to unhook springed loading area.
The effort is the point on the back where the hand presses the stapler. The load is the staple. The fulcrum is the hinge at the back.
