There's a big, black plastic cover over the blower motor under the hood under the firewall. It's just behind the alternator.
the heater blower fan is in the heater housing assembly on the passenger side. You need to take out the whole housing assembly in order to access the blower.

Raise the froth of your car. Drain the radiator. Remove the heater tube from firewall and loosen the hose clamps. Lower the vehicle after draining the antifreeze. Locate the heater core and remove the mounting clamps. Remove the heater core and replace it.

Locating a heater core is easy, removing is not. The heater core will have two hoses going through the firewall to it. It will me mounted inside that big black plastic box underneath the dash on the passengers side of the vehicle. They mount in many different ways but you need to open it up to get to it.

The blower motor is located in the passenger footwell under the dash. You will need to remove the black cover which hides it and then remove the bolts from the bottom of the blower motor disconnect the wiring and reverse the procedure to install.
Yes , depending on the year and model , there is a fuse in the fuse panel for the blower motor relay + airbag diagnostic monitor . If you re-submit your question with the year and model information I'll try to locate the fuse # for you Helpfull
