the phrase for the relocator is: everyone happy simple connection the relocator can be used to get zorua, zoroark and the lock capsule. you need 2 ds systems, doesn't matter which two, the ds with black or white will send out a ds download play over wireless. access it with the ds download play option in the ds menu for the ds holding diamond, pearl, platinum, heartgold or soulsilver. the relocator will then search for raikou, entei, suicune, celebi and the lock capsule. you need or raikou or entei or suicune to get zoroark and celebi for zorua. the lock capsule can be opened at mister lock (the clown in the building). inside the capsule there is TM95, snarl. when you have one of the three, you have to go to lostlorn forest and you will see one of the two you didn't link over with the relocator. when you attack, it actually is zoroark, which is at level 25. when you link over celebi, you have to go to the gamefreak building in castelia city where two people are standing. talk to them with celebi in your party and he'll pop out and you'll get zorua. zorua is at level 10 and will evolve to zoroark at level 30.
