You have to get a girl adult on your tamagotchi and log her code in. then click on the girl's destiny star and click "send to tamagotchi toy" then click "A button" on your tamagotchi and type the code displayed. After check in your tamagotchi's items and you will see the girl's star. use it and you'll get Dazzilitchi.

very sorry i do not know the dazzilitchi code but any way there probably is because on music city i saw a dazzilitchi and she/he was a level 1 so maybe there is a way and if you do find it plzzz share the fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
