"Old" pages:
1) Simply click "New Questions" at the top of the screen.
"New" and "old" pages:
1) Find the 'Recent Site Activity' link on the left toolbar, under "Site Tools". Click it
2) Select the filter and set it to "Questions (asked).
3) Hit "Go".

If you are searching for new questions, simply go to the WikiAnswers home page and look on the left column.

There are just too many Q&A for them to all be listed at one time on one page. The site can get hundreds of new questions an hour. The new questions and newly answered questions do feed onto the WA homepage, but it can happen so rapidly, they might have already cycled through by the time you might look there.
