Well it takes 3 main things 1 time 2 exercise 3 eating healthy.
I recommend working out 3 to 5 times a week for 45 to 60 minutes (Workout really hard)
Eating healthy on an athletes Diet is simple; lots of protein, no carbohydrates, 6 meals a day, very few dairy products other than plain yogurt or Greek yogurt and almond milk, take vitamins and stay away from peanut butter. (These are the basics)
If you follow this in time you will drop 100 pounds and probably gain a lot of muscle.
It really depends on the particle size of the product and whether it is loose or compacted. A typical 1u median particle size (mps) product might be ~60 lbs/ft3 loose and ~100 lbs/ft3 compacted. A 10u mps product might be closer to ~100 lbs/ft3 loose and ~150 lbs/ft3 compacted. Here is a link to a representative TDS: http://www.cimbar.com/pdf/CimbarProdsTDS.pdf Hope that helps
Yes! We did it in 6 weeks. 5 of us worked pretty hard to do it but we where 400 plus the time, after droping 200lbs it took 12 weeks to loose 55lbs
100 lbs = 45.36kg
100 lbs = 45.4 kilograms.
I keep seeing the ratio of 30 lbs. weight loss equals 1 inch of length. That is going to vary some. If I loose the 100 lbs I need to, I'm not going to gain 3 inches, never had to loose. Maybe 2, but you would gain some.
17,000 lbs 1 cwt = 100 lbs 170 * 100 = 17,000 lbs

if they are pre-1982 US 95% pure copper pennies figure 95% of price of copper per lb X 100. if copper is $4 lb, then approx $390 for 100 lbs.
